Returns Policy
Due to our products being bespoke and personalised, we do not offer a return, refund or exchange on such items, unless faulty. If you wish to cancel an order please email socherishedplymouth@gmail.com and if we have not started manufacture of your order we can refund, if work has begun unfortunately cancellation is not possible.
Any non personalised item can be returned within 28 days of receipt of item, we will process your refund as soon as we receive the item and once the item has been inspected. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them in. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, if you are returning a faulty item we will reimburse cost of postage.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.
Gift vouchers are non returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sale items are non returnable, unless faulty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
You will be informed once your refund request has been actioned. If your refund is late or missing please check with your bank and contact us if necessary.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange for a different priced item you will either need to pay the remainder of the balance owed or you will be automatically refunded the difference.
Postage will be charged at £2 to exchange an order due to customer changing their mind.
Gifts
If you were gifted an item which needs to be returned, please contact the gift giver as they will need to action the return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommended using tracked or recorded delivery as we take no responsibility if returned items do not reach us.
